Annual general and special meeting of shareholders

The company will host its annual general and special meeting of shareholders on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 10 a.m. ET in a virtual-only setting. Shareholders of record as of March 25, 2025, are encouraged to vote on the proposed resolutions before the deadline on Monday, May 4, 2026, at 10 a.m. ET. Q1 2026 results conference call and webcast

Altus Group plans to release its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026, after market close on Thursday, May 7, 2026. Altus Group's management team will host a conference call at 5 p.m. ET the same day to discuss the results.
