ANON ANNOUNCES GRANT OF EQUITY AWARDS

Anonymous Intelligence Company Inc. has granted restricted share units and stock options collectively to certain directors and officers of the company pursuant to its equity incentive plan.

The company granted an aggregate of 600,000 options and an aggregate of 790,000 RSUs to directors and officers of the company. Each option is exercisable to acquire one common share in the capital of the company at an exercise price of 19 cents per share for a period of five years from the date of grant, subject to the terms of the plan. The RSUs will be settled in common shares of the company in accordance with the terms of the plan.

The equity awards are intended to align the interests of directors and officers with those of its shareholders and to support the company's continued growth and development.
