Effective at the opening, Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2025, the shares of the company will commence trading on the NEX.

The company will be suspended from trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange, effective at the market close on Friday, Oct. 10, 2025. The company no longer meets Toronto Stock Exchange continued listing requirements and also does not meet the requirements of a TSX Venture Exchange Tier 2 company.
