Ares Strategic Mining Inc. issued to its directors and officers an aggregate of 6.4 million options on Jan. 23, 2025, to purchase 6.4 million common shares in the capital of the corporation at an exercise price of 63 cents per common share, expiring Jan. 23, 2028.
