Effective at the opening, Oct. 21, 2026, the share purchase warrants of the company will trade for cash same-day settlement. The warrants expire on Oct. 21, 2026, and will therefore be halted at 12 p.m. ET and delisted at the close of business on Oct. 21, 2026.
