ASTRON CONNECT INC. REPORTS THIRD QUARTER 2022 RESULTS

Astron Connect Inc. has released its results for the nine-month period ended June 30, 2022. All dollar amounts are in Canadian dollars, unless otherwise indicated.

Highlights for the period ended June 30, 2022:

• Net loss of $401,184 for the period ended June 30, 2022 (June 30, 2021 -- $563,444), an improvement of 29 per cent from the same period of year 2021;
• On April 1, 2022, the company completed a non-brokered private placement and raised $500,000 by the issuance of units at a price of 10 cents per unit.
