ASTRON CONNECT INC. REPORTS COMPLETION OF INVESTMENT

Astron Connect Inc.'s wholly owned subsidiary, Sachiel Water Inc., has completed the acquisitions announced in the company's news release of Aug. 18, 2022. Unless permitted under securities laws, the 1.5 million common shares issued by Astron in the transaction may not be traded in Canada before Jan. 1, 2023.
