ASTRON CONNECT INC. REPORTS THIRD QUARTER 2024 RESULTS

Astron Connect Inc. has released its third quarter results for the three months ended June 30 , 2024.

Highlights for the three months ended June 30 , 2024:

• Sales for the three months ended June 30, 2024, were nil (2023 -- $28,283). There was no revenue recorded in the third quarter due to the business closure of its main supplier.
• Net loss of $12,338 for the three months ended June 30, 2024 (2023 -- net loss of $66,014), a decrease of 81 per cent from FY 2023.
• Operating expenses of $9,917 for the three months ended June 30, 2024 (2023 -- $73,443), a decrease of 87 per cent from FY 2023.
• As of June 30, 2024, the company had a working capital deficiency of $181,870 (2023 -- $267,938).
