Dr. Neil Branda has resigned as a director of Aether Catalyst Solutions Inc.

The company wishes to thank Dr. Branda for his 12 years of service and his significant contributions to the development of the company's technology.

The company also wishes to welcome Martin Woodward to the board of directors. Mr. Woodward has been a director of numerous public companies over the past 30 years and brings significant experience in corporate governance to the role. Mr. Woodward is currently information technology architect at Ballard Power Systems, where he has been employed for over 25 years.
