STOCK OPTION GRANTS
VANCOUVER, B.C. - September 16, 2026 - Advanced Gold Exploration Inc. (CSE: AUEX; FSE: ZF2; OTCQB: AUHIF) ("Advanced Gold" or the "Company") announces that it has granted 700,000 incentive stock options ("Options") under the Company's Omnibus Long-Term Incentive Plan to directors, officers, and consultants of the Company. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.10 per share with an expiry date of September 15, 2031. The Options are to vest as to 100% on January 15, 2027.
575,000 Options were granted to officers and directors of the Company and, accordingly, such grants were considered related party transactions under Multilateral Instrument 61-101 - Protection of Minority Security Holders in Special Transactions ("MI 61-101"). Such grants were exempt from the formal valuation and minority shareholder approval requirements of MI 61-101 pursuant to sections 5.5(a) and 5.7(1)(a) of MI 61-101, given neither the fair market value of the securities issued nor the consideration provided therefor exceeded 25% of the Company's market capitalization.
