The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Private placement

Number of warrants:  536,666

Original expiry date of warrants:  July 7, 2026

New expiry date of warrants:  July 6, 2028

Exercise price of warrants:  20 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 536,666 shares with 536,666 share purchase warrants attached, subject to an accelerated expiry, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Jan. 24, 2024.
