Further to the Jan. 30, 2026, news release, BCM Resources Corp.'s non-brokered private placement of 36.2 million units at a price of 20 cents per unit (gross proceeds of $7.24-million) has been fully subscribed. The financing is subject to continued review and approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
