ELSE NUTRITION ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Else Nutrition Holdings Inc.'s Natie Zilberberg has resigned as chief financial officer of the company. The company would like to thank Mr. Zilberberg for his contributions to the company and wishes him success in his future endeavours. The company is currently in the process of identifying a suitable candidate for a replacement chief financial officer. Pending a successor being identified, financial matters will continue to be managed by the company's existing controller, as well as an existing consultant that was previously the CFO for the company.
