Else Nutrition Announces Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

Vancouver, British Columbia, August 5, 2026 - ELSE NUTRITION HOLDINGS INC. (CSE: BABY) (OTCQX: BABYF) (FSE: 0YL) (the "Company") announces the resignation of Natie Zilberberg as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The Company would like to thank Mr. Zilberberg for his contributions to the Company and wishes him success in his future endeavors. The Company is currently in the process of identifying a suitable candidate for a replacement Chief Financial Officer. Pending a successor being identified, financial matters will continue to be managed by the Company's existing controller as well as an existing consultant that was previously the CFO for the Company.
