Black Diamond Group Ltd. has discussed the timing of its second quarter 2026 earnings release and conference call/webcast.

Black Diamond intends to release its second quarter 2026 results after market close on Thursday, July 30, 2026, and will host a conference call and webcast at 9 a.m. MT (11 a.m. ET) on Friday, July 31, 2026.

Trevor Haynes, chairman and chief executive officer, and Toby LaBrie, executive vice-president and chief financial officer, will discuss Black Diamond's financial results for the quarter, followed by a question-and-answer session.
