BIRD COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF FRASER RIVER PILE & DREDGE

Bird Construction Inc.'s previously announced transaction to acquire Fraser River Pile & Dredge (FRPD) has been successfully completed.

FRPD was acquired from majority owner TriWest Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in Calgary, Alta.
