BRASNOVA ENERGY MATERIALS INC. ANNOUCNES AGM RESULTS, GRANTS OPTIONS

Vancouver, B.C.: Brasnova Energy Materials Inc. ("BEM'' or the "Company") (TSXV: BEM) is pleased to announce that all matters submitted to shareholders for approval at the Company's annual general meeting held on April 29, 2026 in Vancouver, British Columbia (the "Meeting") were approved unanimously.

At the Meeting, shareholders approved all resolutions put forward by management, including:

dot the election of all director nominees; dot the re-appointment of the Company's auditor for the ensuing year and authorization of

the directors to fix the auditor's remuneration; and dot amendments to the Company's 20% set stock option plan (the "Option Plan"),

increasing the number of common shares reserved for issuance under the plan to 9,316,053

Further, the Company is pleased to announce that it has granted 1,425,000 stock options to directors, officers and consultants of the Company. The options have an exercise price of $0.15 per share, expire five years from the date of the grant and are subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
