CSE bulletin 2026-0425

Giant Mining Corp. has changed its name to Copper One Resources Corp. and consolidated its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one postconsolidated common share for every 10 preconsolidated common shares.

As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 23,718,947 common shares.

The symbol will remain the same.

Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the close of business on April 28, 2026. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.
