The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to an acquisition agreement and an amendment thereto, between Bullion Gold Resources Corp. and arm's-length parties. Pursuant to the agreement, the company has acquired 36 mining claims in the Transterre, Transterre-Ouest and Candore gold properties, located near the municipality of Senneterre, in Abitibi.
