Neo Exchange Inc. has confirmed the proposed termination of Purpose Behavioural Opportunities Fund. Purpose Investments Inc. will redeem all the issued and outstanding units of the Purpose fund, which will be terminated on or about March 29, 2023.

The Purpose fund will be delisted from Neo at the close of trading on Monday, March 27, 2023.
