Pursuant to a resolution passed by shareholders on March 15, 2024, the company has consolidated its capital on a one-new-for-1.7-old basis. The name of the company has also been changed from Trail Blazing Ventures Ltd. to Hempalta Corp.
Effective at the opening on Friday, March 22, 2024, the common shares of Hempalta will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of Trail Blazing Ventures will be delisted.
