BALLARD ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF TRANSFER AGENT

Odyssey Trust Company has replaced Computershare Trust Company as Ballard Power Systems Inc.'s transfer agent, effective Aug. 11, 2025. Shareholders do not need to take any action with respect to the change in transfer agent.
