BARSELE MINERALS CLOSES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Barsele Minerals Corp. has closed a non-brokered private placement. The offering consisted of the sale of 2,000,667 units of the company at a price of 15 cents per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $300,100.

Each unit consists of one common share of the company and one-half of one warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one share at the price of 25 cents per share until Nov. 17, 2025. The shares and warrants comprising the units and any shares issued upon the exercise of the warrants are subject to a statutory hold period which expires on March 18, 2024.

The company intends to use the proceeds from the offering to finance its continued exploration program in the Barsele gold-VMS project area in Vasterbottens Lan, Northern Sweden and for general working capital purposes.

In connection with the closing, Barsele will pay finders' fees of $9,900 to Haywood Securities Inc., and $3,006 to Eventus Capital. In total, the company will pay $12,906 in finders' fees in connection with the offering. No insiders of the company participated in the offering.
