GALLOPER ANNOUNCES OPTION GRANT

Galloper Gold Corp. has granted incentive stock options to purchase a total of 1.95 million common shares at an exercise price of nine cents per common share for a period of five years to certain directors and officers in accordance with the provisions of its omnibus equity incentive plan.
