BRS RESOURCES ANNOUNCES SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH UNITYWEST

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA - JULY 21, 2026 - BRS RESOURCES LTD. (the "Company" or "BRS") (CSE: BRS) (FSE: B4G.F) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a service agreement (the "Service Agreement") dated July 10, 2026 with Unitywest Capital Markets Ltd. ("Unitywest"), an arm's length party located in the United Kingdom. Pursuant to the Service Agreement, Unitywest has agreed to provide European advertising, marketing and corporate consultancy services (the "Services") to the Company. The term of the Service Agreement commenced on July 10, 2026 and will terminate on December 31, 2026 and may be extended for a term to be decided upon. Unitywest will receive a fee of US$100,000 prior to the Services being rendered. BRS will not issue any securities to Unitywest as compensation for the Services. As of the date hereof, to the Company's knowledge, Unitywest and its directors and officers do not own any securities of the Company and have an arm's length relationship with the Company.
