BLUSKY CARBON ANNOUNCES EXTENSION OF SECURED DEBENTURE
MATURITY DATE
Blusky Carbon Inc. has made an amendment to
the terms of its secured debenture.
The company has amended the terms of its secured debenture entered into on Feb. 11, 2025, as
previously amended and as referenced in the company's news release dated April 9, 2026, by extending
its maturity date from Sept. 30, 2026, to Oct. 13, 2026. All
other terms of the secured debenture remain unchanged.
There is no extension fee, and there will be no finders' fees or commissions payable, in connection with
the debenture amendment.
