Further to the news release of Oct. 19, 2026, Frank Kordy has departed Bluesky Digital Assets Corp. as a director. A replacement to fill the vacancy left by Mr. Kordy has not yet been named. The company is actively evaluating its board composition to ensure it continues to support its strategic goals and will provide a further update once available.
