The nominees listed in the management proxy circular dated March 24, 2026, have been elected as directors of Boyd Group Services Inc. The detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at the annual general meeting on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, are set out below.

The final voting results on all matters voted upon at the annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 13, 2026, will be filed on SEDAR+ and EDGAR.
