CAE's FY2027 Q1 FINANCIAL RESULTS CONFERENCE CALL AND ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS 2026

CAE Inc. has invited analysts and institutional investors to virtually attend CAE's first quarter fiscal 2027 financial results conference call on Thursday, Aug. 13, 2026, at 8 a.m. Eastern Time. CAE will release its first quarter FY 2027 financial results on Aug. 12, 2026, after market close.

The FY 2026 annual meeting of shareholders will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2026, at 3 p.m. Eastern Time, in person and by live webcast.
