Evolve Global Defense & Aerospace to trade on TSX

The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Evolve Global Defense & Aerospace Index ETF will be listed at 5:01 p.m. on Aug. 19, 2026, for trading at the open on Aug. 20, 2026. According to the TSX, there will be 50,000 Canadian-dollar hedged ETF (exchange-traded fund) units and 50,000 Canadian-dollar unhedged ETF units issued and outstanding, with no securities reserved for issuance. The hedged units will trade under the symbol CAMO and with Cusip No. 30055D 10 2, and the unhedged units will trade under the symbol CAMO.B and with Cusip No. 30055D 30 0.

The TSX reports that the ETF is an exchange-traded mutual fund established under the laws of the Province of Ontario pursuant to an amended and restated declaration of trust dated Aug. 12, 2026. The ETF seeks to replicate, to the extent reasonably possible before fees and expenses, the performance of a global index of companies in the defence and aerospace industries. Currently, the ETF seeks to replicate the Solactive Global Leaders Defense & Aerospace Index, or any successor thereto. According to the TSX, the ETF expects to pay cash distributions on its units, if any, at least annually, with the possibility of more frequent cash distributions at the manager's discretion.

The ETF's manager and trustee is Evolve Funds Group Inc., its transfer agent and registrar is TSX Trust Company at its principal office in Toronto, and its fiscal year-end is Dec. 31. As stated in its prospectus dated Aug. 12, 2026, the ETF is issuing 50,000 hedged units at $20 per unit and 50,000 unhedged units at $20 per unit in its initial public offering. It expects to close the offering on Aug. 19, 2026. The designated market-maker is RBC Capital Markets.
