CANDELARIA ANNOUNCES VOITING RESULTS OF 2024 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Candelaria Mining Corp. has released voting results from the company's annual general meeting of shareholders held on April 19, 2024.

Shareholders voted in favour of all matters brought before them at the meeting, which are detailed in the company's management information circular dated March 18, 2024, available on SEDAR+.

A total of 52,700,333 common shares of the company were represented at the meeting, accounting for 35.16 per cent of the total issued and outstanding shares of the company as of the record date of March 16, 2024.

The voting results as shown in the attached table are based on the total number of votes cast at the meeting.
