CANDELARIA ANNOUNCES VOITING RESULTS OF 2024 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Vancouver, B.C., April 26, 2024, Candelaria Mining Corp. (TSX-V: CAND, OTC PINK: CDELF) ("Candelaria" or the "Company") is pleased to announce voting results from the Company's annual general meeting of shareholders held on April 19, 2024 (the "Meeting").

Shareholders voted in favor of all matters brought before them at the Meeting, which are detailed in the Company's Management Information Circular dated March 18, 2024, available on SEDAR+ at: https://www.sedarplus.ca/csa-party/records/document.html?id=137bddd009b2d6f5382842129546ed2171c9d83efa6b3001178368b044f523c4.

A total of 52,700,333 common shares of the Company were represented at the Meeting, accounting for 35.16% of the total issued and outstanding shares of the Company as of the record date of March 16, 2024.
