CANDELARIA ANNOUNCES VOTING RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Candelaria Mining Corp. has released the voting results from its annual general meeting held on Sept. 18, 2026.

Shareholders voted in favour of all matters brought before them at the meeting, which are detailed in the company's management information circular dated Aug. 12, 2026, available on SEDAR+.

A total of 56,387,049 common shares of the company were represented at the meeting, accounting for 37.62 per cent of the total issued and outstanding shares of the company as of the record date of Aug. 12, 2026.

The following voting results are based on the total number of votes cast at the meeting.
