2026-11-04 11:12 ET - News Release

Mr. Jeffrey Ackert reports

KOMAVLI FILES EARLY WARNING REPORT FOR CASCADE COPPER CORP.

Noah J. Komavli, corporate adviser and non-executive of Cascade Copper Corp., has filed an early warning report pursuant to National Instrument 62-103, in connection with a transaction that resulted in him exceeding the 10-per-cent ownership threshold.

Mr. Komavli comments on the filing of NI 62-103 report: "My personal investments are a result of many hours of due diligence, review of publicly available data sets provided by the company and working knowledge of the Dryden/Sioux Lookout camp. Jeff and Shannon have done, in my view, fantastic technical work on all projects in the portfolio and Cascade remains one of the cheapest option plays on copper on the CSE and the greater venture market. The shares have been acquired for investment purposes."

Mr. Komavli, through direct ownership and through the control and direction of 1000903966 Ontario Inc., holds a total of 7,858,855 common shares, representing approximately 8.57 per cent of the company's common share, free trading float.

In addition, Mr. Komavli holds the following unexercised securities of the company:

Options:  300,000 (direct)

Warrants:  555,625 (1000903966 Ontario Inc.), 909,091 (direct)

On a partially diluted basis, 9,623,571 of the 93,415,688 fully diluted shares are under the control and direction of Mr. Komavli. This represents a 10.3-per-cent control over all securities. No options or warrants are expiring within 60 days.

The company currently has 91,650,972 shares issued and outstanding.

The early warning report will be filed on SEDAR+ under the company's profile.
