CAT Strategic Metals Corp. rights, which were listed on Oct. 28, 2025, with an expiry date of Nov. 21, 2025, will expire on Nov. 21, 2025.

Settlement terms:  All trades on Nov. 20 will settle for cash on the next day. Trades on Nov. 21 will be for cash on the same day.

The rights will be halted at noon and delisted at the market close on Nov. 21, 2025.
