CASTLEBAR CAPITAL CORP. ANNOUNCES RESUMPTION OF TRADING

Castlebar Capital Corp.'s common shares will resume trading effective at market open on or about Jan. 28, 2026.

Board of directors

The board of directors of the company is composed of Robert Meister, Patrick O'Flaherty, Kosta Tsoutsis and Gerald Kelly. Mr. Mesiter, Mr. Tsoutsis and Mr. Kelly are members of the audit committee. Stephan Sterling Ellis was previously appointed as a director following the annual general meeting held on Oct. 16, 2024, and resigned on Jan. 20, 2026. Mr. Ellis did not receive any compensation during his tenure and was appointed without prior TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
