Cboe Canada Inc. has granted final approval for the listing of ETF (exchange-traded fund) class units of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce funds listed in the attached table.

Subject to confirmation of closing, units of the CIBC funds will be listed and available for trading on Cboe Canada at the start of trading on Thursday, May 28, 2026.
