OCEAN PARTNERS INCREASES OWNERSHIP IN CANADIAN COPPER INC. AND RECEIVES INDEPENDENT ANALYST COVERAGE
Ocean Partners U.K. Ltd. has elected to early exercise its 12,725,000 warrants in Canadian Copper Inc. for total proceeds of $3,181,250. This capital will be used to eliminate the company outstanding debt ($2-million (U.S.)) and further strengthen the balance sheet. As a result of this early warrant exercise, Ocean Partners ownership in Canadian Copper increases to 21.3 per cent.
There remain approximately 23,685,200 warrants outstanding that were issued in relation to the Nov. 13, 2025, financing. As per the previous private placement, each full warrant has an exercise price of 25 cents and will expire Nov. 12, 2026. The warrants are subjected to an accelerated exercise clause in the event the company's share price exceeds 30 cents for 10 consecutive trading days on a volume-weighted average price basis. The acceleration clause has not been triggered by the company.
