CCL INDUSTRIES CLOSING OF ALT TECHNOLOGIES ACQUISITION

CCL Industries Inc. has closed the acquisition of Advanced Safety Technologies B.V. and its subsidiaries doing business as ALT Technologies, a privately owned provider of covers, wraps and seals for automotive air bags along with durable labels for automotive and industrial markets. The new business will immediately be renamed CCL design and reported inside the CCL segment.
