CIBC ASSET MANAGEMENT ANNOUNCES CIBC ETF CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR APRIL 2022

Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce's CIBC Asset Management Inc. has declared the April, 2022, cash distributions for CIBC exchange-traded funds and the ETF series of the CIBC fixed-income pools, which distribute monthly.

Unitholders of record on April 29, 2022, will receive cash distributions on May 4, 2022. Details of the final per-unit distribution amounts are provided in an attached table.
