CENTAMIN PLC ANNOUNCES NOTICE OF DIRECTOR DEALING

In accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the United Kingdom market abuse regulation (Regulation (EU) 596/2014), as it forms part of United Kingdom domestic law by virtue of the European Withdrawal Act 2028, Centamin PLC has made the following notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them.

Ross Jerrard, chief financial officer, purchased 53,000 ordinary shares in the company at a price of one British pound per share for a total consideration of 53,653.71 British pounds. After settlement of the transaction, Mr. Jerrard will hold a total of 620,000 ordinary shares in the company.
