Dong Shim has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Marla Ritchie, has been appointed Corporate Secretary. Mr. Aris Morfopoulos is resigning as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary effective August 31, 2026 to pursue other opportunities.

GRANTING OF OPTIONS

The Company announces that, pursuant to its stock option plan, it has granted an aggregate of 350,000 stock options to purchase 350,000 common shares of the Company, exerciseable at a price of $1.24 per share for a period of five years from the date of grant (expiring August 31, 2031), to a director and a consultant of the Company.
