CLARITY METALS ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS
Effective June 7, 2023, Andrew Male has resigned as a director of Clarity Metals Corp. and it has appointed Ron Schmitz as a director of the company in place of Mr. Male. The company thanks Mr. Male for his services as a director of the company and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.
Ron Schmitz
Mr. Schmitz is the principal and president of ASI Accounting Services Inc., which has provided administrative, accounting and office services to public and private companies since July, 1995. Mr. Schmitz has been a director and/or chief financial officer of numerous public companies since 1997 and currently holds those roles with several public companies.
