CLARITY METALS ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF DEBT SETTLEMENT

Further to its news release of March 17, 2024, Clarity Metals Corp. has issued an aggregate of 5,977,033 units of the company at a deemed price of four cents per unit in settlement of bona fide debts owed to certain creditors by the company in the aggregate amount of $239,081.34. Each unit consists of one common share in the capital of the company and one share purchase warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder thereof to acquire one additional share on or before March 27, 2025, at an exercise price of five cents per warrant share.

The securities are subject to a hold period expiring four months and one day from the date of issuance, in accordance with applicable securities laws.
