Gomet lndustries Approves Incentive Stock Options

TSX-V Trading Symbol: CMU

PRESS RELEASE-April 2, 2025

Kamloops, B.C. Comet Industries Ltd. (the "Company") reported today that the Directors had approved the grant of a total of 60,000 Incentive Stock Options under the Company's Incentive Stock Option Plan to Directors of the Company. The Options are exercisable at a price of $3.85 per share and expire March 16,2030.

The Company also reported that it had acquired an additional 0.39 acre (17,336 SQ FT) property for $35,820.00. The property will be included in Iron Mask Industrial Park that the Company is currently developing.
