Mr. Omar Ossma reports

COLLECTIVE MINING PUBLISHES ITS 2025 SUSTAINABILITY REPORT

Collective Mining Ltd. has released its 2025 sustainability report, detailing the company's sustainability initiatives and performance across its exploration projects in Colombia.

In 2025, the company completed 62,500 metres (m) of exploration drilling, its most ambitious campaign to date, materially advancing the Apollo system while furthering its understanding of the broader Guayabales and San Antonio projects. Alongside the exploration progress, Collective continued to strengthen its local work force, invest in community development and responsibly manage the environmental impacts associated with its expanding activities.

Guided by its commitment to the collective way, the company continued to build long-term partnerships in the region through initiatives focused on water access and sanitation, infrastructure, education, agricultural development, technical training, and community capacity building.

Omar Ossma, president, commented: "Two thousand twenty-five was a defining year for Collective. We executed and completed the most robust exploration campaign in our history while continuing to deepen our partnerships and expand our investment across the communities where we operate. The outcomes outlined in our latest sustainability report reflect the company we are building: technically ambitious, locally rooted and disciplined in how we grow. As we advance the Guayabales and San Antonio projects, we remain focused on deepening local partnerships, managing our environmental responsibilities, and ensuring that the value created through discovery is inclusive and long lasting."

Key highlights from the 2025 sustainability report include:

  • Approximately $1.45-million (U.S.) in total social investment, with 57.5 per cent financed directly by Collective and 42.5 per cent contributed by strategic partners, reaching 18,880 beneficiaries across 1,745 families and strengthening the capabilities of 237 community leaders;
  • Zero lost-time injuries for direct employees throughout 2025, maintaining a total recordable injury frequency rate (TRIFR) of 0 per cent;
  • Zero instances of environmental non-compliance during the period;
  • A 38-per-cent year-over-year increase in direct employment, reflecting the continued expansion of the company's exploration, engineering and social activities;
  • 81 per cent of the company's employees are from Caldas, with women representing 35 per cent of direct employment at year-end.

The full report is available on the company's website.

To date, Collective has completed over 184,000 metres of diamond drilling across the Guayabales and San Antonio projects, including 120,000 metres at the flagship Apollo system, which anchors the Guayabales project.

With $113.3-million (U.S.) in cash (as of March 31, 2026), the company is fully financed for its planned 2026 program, which envisions up to 100,000 metres of drilling. The company presently has 13 diamond drill rigs operating across the Guayabales project.

About Collective Mining Ltd.

Founded by the team that developed and sold Continental Gold Inc. to Zijin Mining for approximately $2-billion in enterprise value, Collective is a gold, silver, copper and tungsten exploration company with projects in Caldas, Colombia. The company's two projects are located directly within an established mining camp with 10 fully permitted and operating mines.

The company's flagship project, Guayabales, is anchored by the Apollo system, which hosts the large-scale, bulk-tonnage and high-grade gold-silver-copper-tungsten Apollo system. The company's objectives at the Guayabales project are to expand the newly discovered high-grade Ramp zone along strike and to depth, drill test the new outcropping northern Apollo oxidized area, drill the recently granted licence covering the northwestern extension of the Trap target, and drill a series of greenfield generated targets across the property.
