CANADA ONE ANNOUNCES EXTENSION OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT AND TERMINATION OF CM1 PROPERTY OPTION

Canada One Mining Corp. has extended the closing of its private placement, previously announced on July 9, 2024. The closing of the private placement has been extended to Oct. 21, 2024.

The company also announces that on Sept. 13, 2024, it terminated the CM1 property option, previously announced on Oct. 26, 2023. There are no outstanding liabilities or obligations associated with the termination.
