The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Manulife Corporate Bond Fund will be listed at 5:01 p.m. on Sept. 28, 2026, for trading at the open on Sept. 29, 2026. According to the TSX, there will be 125,000 units of the exchange-traded fund (ETF) issued and outstanding, with no securities reserved for issuance. The units will trade under the symbol CORB, in Canadian dollars and with Cusip No. 56504J 10 1.
The TSX reports that the units were established under the laws of the Province of Ontario
pursuant to an amended and restated regulation dated
Sept. 10, 2026, to the amended and restated declaration
of trust dated Sept. 13, 2024. The ETF invests primarily in a diversified portfolio of
Canadian and U.S. investment-grade corporate and high-yield
bonds. According to the TSX, the ETF expects to pay cash distributions on its units, if any, on a monthly basis.
As stated in amendment No. 2 dated Sept. 10, 2026, to the simplified prospectus dated May 22, 2026, the ETF is issuing 125,000 units at $10 per unit in its initial public offering. It expects to close the offering before the open on Sept. 29, 2026. The designated market-maker is RBC Capital Markets.
