CIBC ASSET MANAGEMENT ANNOUNCES CIBC ETF CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR JULY 2023

Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce's CIBC Asset Management Inc. has declared July, 2023, cash distributions for CIBC exchange-traded funds and the ETF series of the CIBC fixed-income pools, which distribute monthly.

Unitholders of record on July 31, 2023, will receive cash distributions payable on Aug. 3, 2023. Details of the final per-unit distribution amounts are provided in an attached table.
