CIBC ASSET MANAGEMENT ANNOUNCES CIBC ETF CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR FEBRUARY 2024

Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce's CIBC Asset Management Inc. has declared February, 2024, cash distributions for CIBC exchange-traded funds and the ETF series of the CIBC fixed-income pools, which distribute monthly.

Unitholders of record on Feb. 29, 2024, will receive cash distributions on March 5, 2024. Details of the final per-unit distribution amounts are provided in an attached table.
